High Oleic Sunflower Oil 50% Microencapsulated Powder CWD is a powdered high oleic sunflower oil ingredient developed using Microencapsulation Technology. It contains 50% high oleic sunflower oil and provides an Omega-9 nutritional lipid profile, with a minimum oleic acid content of 350 mg/g.
High oleic sunflower oil provides a plant-based source of Omega-9 and is particularly suitable for nutritional formulations requiring a sunflower oil ingredient with a defined oleic acid specification. Converting the oil into a microencapsulated powder format provides greater convenience for handling, weighing, blending and incorporation into dry formulations.
