It is produced from fresh leaves of Chuzhou White Lotus, a China National Geographical Indication product renowned for its naturally high chlorophyll content and bioactive compounds.
The raw materials are sourced from our company-owned ecological cultivation zone in Lishui, Zhejiang Province—an area with a lotus cultivation history dating back to the Tang and Song Dynasties. Benefiting from over 1,800 hours of annual sunlight, clean water from the Oujiang River basin, fertile alluvial soil, and a traditional fish–lotus symbiotic organic farming system, the lotus leaves grow naturally without chemical pollution.
Unlike conventional lotus leaf powder, this product adopts low-temperature blanching, freeze-drying, and ultra-fine grinding (800–1500 mesh) to preserve natural color, aroma, and active ingredients. The final powder features a bright green appearance, delicate texture, mild lotus aroma with subtle umami notes, and excellent dispersibility—similar in look and mouthfeel to matcha.
